Staff smoking in the kitchen

My Fiance and i often go to Galito's on weekends for lunch but last night we decided to get take aways instead of sitting down. While we were waiting i saw one of the waiters walk into the kitchen and ask a guy for a lighter and he lit his cigarette in the kitchen and preceded to smoke while talking to the cook (while they were preparing our food along with others) in open view of us. he then moved into what i assume is the office which is next to the kitchen but we could still see him. I said to the lady behind the counter who saw him smoking 'Is he for real smoking in the kitchen?!? " she then said to me "no, nobody is smoking in the kitchen"

I am highly disgusted!
