The worst service eve

I purchase two fan lights and two fixed lights from Mica at Celtic Ridge shopping center. I returned the other fan light because it was the wrong color I preferred (white and I wanted chrome plated wooden panels). The store owner gladly received the product and promised me he will order the preferred color and they will call me. He never did until I went to the store to inquire if he received the light. I was told (rudely) I never brought back the light and also that nothing was written down as proof and also that I didn't have a till slip even though he had electronic records and I also have my credit card statement showing the purchase. I was a regular buyer and he recognized me so I had no reason no to trust him. He was so rude and aggressive I decided he can keep the light which cost me R599. I will never ever buy at any Mica store even if they are they offer the cheapest products. Seeing from bad services of other Mica stores I decided to also include this plain of Mica in Celtis Ridge Shopping center.
