I went to Musica Cresta on Saturday 14/12 at 11:30 to use a gift voucher and chose two CDs which I knew I would have to pay the difference for.
My voucher was for R 100, I chose two CDs, one was R79.99 and the other was R99.99, the difference was R80.20.
As soon as I got to the counter I immediately noticed that the cashier was very surly. I decided to pay by debit, to my shock the payment didnt go through. It was strange because I had just made two debits at two seperate stores. She glared at me like was a criminal and basically just sood there, no suggestion of her holding the CDs for me to withdraw cash or trying the eft again. I asked her to try again and the payment went through on my side b ut apparently not on hers. The money was taken off my account, which I viewed on the sms from the bank and on my statment at the atm after the incident. Something was clearly wrong with their system yet they offered no apology and made me feel like I was in the wrong. I still havent gotten the money back into my account! The attitudes of the cashier and the store manager were disgusting! i will never shop at Musica Cresta again!
