Zara shocking service

As a regular and also global fan and shopper of the brand, I was so disappointed by the service I received by a so called manager in the Sandton store, Glen. He had the cheek to basically scream at me and told me to send him a lawyers letter, as my rights to return goods in line with the consumer protection act, did not apply to Zara. In striking contrast was the amazing service I received from Truworths on exactly the same issue, well done!
