I don't want to complain for the sake of complaining but rather I would like to complain with the intention of improving your customer service.

My wife and I visited the store on Sunday afternoon and we bought 2 bar stools and requested assembly. We paid for the chairs and we paid for assembly and arranged that we will collect sometime in the week to follow. We were told that we would be able to collect the following day if we liked.

On Tuesday morning I drove all the way to the store from Springs which is a considerable distance to go and collect the chairs. I was in a rush as I had a meeting but I didn't think it would be a long process.

I handed a warehouse worker my tax invoice copy and waited 25 minutes for him as he ran around backwards and forwards trying to find my chairs. only to be told by him that they dont have stock. When I complained about this he did some more running around. I then caught him collecting a chair of the showroom floor!!! How ridiculous that you will give your customers stock that has been on show??? When I questioned him he said his manager said he must fetch the chair. I told him to put it back on the floor I wont accept second hand goods.
