Despite being made to run around Johannesburg yesterday morning collecting stock, I got home only to find a really poor quality product and it took a lunch guest to be the casualty.

1. The chairs are not all the same height, despite all being the same product code and description and to be a set around the same garden table!
2. The chairs are loose and wobbly and the screws cannot be tightened further.
3. Some of the chairs have allen key nuts on both sides making tightening almost impossible.
4. The worst one - 15 minutes of sitting on one, the arm broke and my guest fell off the chair!! This was extremely embarrassing for us and also she was hurt in the process.

I am not interested in trying more bad chairs. The lack of consistency and quality is very worrying. If a chair can break after 15 minutes (literally!!) then I am not prepared to have more chairs break over the coming months at which point you won't accept them back. I'd rather just get my money back now.

Whatever you do, don't buy the INDO teak chairs!
