I inadvertently placed an order for the wrong product and paid for this straight away. The next day I realised my mistake and asked for it to be cancelled - still wanting to take the correct option. I was told I couldn't cancel until the 10th September. I still asked for the other product but received no further response from the person I was dealing with. He omitted to send the cancellation link to me so I was unable to cancel the direct debit payment. When I phoned the help desk l was told I could only correspond with said person by email.
No help there, they have continued to take R149 a month and I reverse the order. Now I have received a final demand.
I was directed to their Dispute section and despite my proof of asking to cancel (emails) was told I still have to pay for their non and very poor service.
Disappointed is not the word!
