Tried using second hand wet underfelt

I was absolutely disgusted when i ordered a carpet installation from Stepitout at Edgars.
Firstly the guy that was suppose to install my carpet brought in somebody else and a helper to do the job and he disappeared. So this other guy pulls out my old carpet and is ready to lay the underfelt. It just so happened that i walked outside and i saw the new underfelt spread out in the sun. This seemed odd. I inspected it and to my disgust it was wet, stinking and dusty. To add to that is was also a bit shreded in the middle. I asked the helper to lift the underfelt and he could not stop sneezing from all that dust.

I phoned France the guy in charge (this guy runs the company from durban) and he tried to make it seem like i was lying. I received no oppology from Stepitout Edgars. And to think this guy would have used that stinking wet underfelt under my 12 000 Rand carpets if i had not checked!!! I am afraid to think if this is what he did to my other room in which he previously also installed carpets. i guess i would never know!
