Hopeless service

My wife called the Game at Trade Route to enquire about stock of Plascon Double Velvet. A specific colour, i.e. Majestic Velvet. In order for this to be mixed there needs to be a specific colour base tint, I know this as I purchased a 5L of it. The call was to enquire if they had two 1L base tints to mix to which my wife was happy to hear they did. We asked about the operating hours and they confirmed they only close at 19:00. My wife then ended the call not needing to take any details. We made arrangements to then go through to the store only to find out there was no base tint, as upsetting we where further required to provide the name of the person we spoke to (how/why would we need the persons details). This was then resolved or so i hoped wished, we where promised that they would source the base tint from another store and then get back to us once they have it. We happily accepted this. We however did not receive a call yesterday, so my wife called back she spoke to Tebogo who confirmed the it was sourced but could not confirm when it would be delivered. Still no response today so my wife called again, know no one is aware of this query...
