We purchased a bed and base set from the Atterbury Value Mart branch. Johannes, the sales person, gave us excellent service. But that is where it ended. The bed and base were delivered from the warehouse in Boksburg, the mattress was in perfect condition, but the base was broken. The material was torn, the fabric was dirty and the feet did not fit. We phoned the warehouse and spoke to Sandra who indicated that the products should be returned. The driver was extremely rude and refused to take back the bed and base. Eventually they did take them back. I requested a refund, and this did not happen. The store manager from Faerie Glen, phoned me so that I should come into the store so that he could do the refund. The logistics dept should take note of the professional service we received from Johannes and Jay (manager).
