Pre-Ordered stock not delivered!!!

I paid a premium price for a PS4 to be delivered on 6 December 2013. I followed up with the [URL Removed] call centre today on 13 December 2013 who told me that the parcel was with Fastway Express. I phoned Fastway Express and the operator, Vanessa claimed that my parcel does not exist. I phoned the [URL Removed] call centre again the operator Bradley Smith they told me that Fast might have misplaced it on their warehouse floor and he will get back to me. WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! To pay a premium rate for pre-ordered item that I could much rather have ordered and collected from Hi Fi Corporation without any problems. How can [URL Removed] tell a customer that they do not know where a product that I paid for two months ago in full is???
