Ipad issues with FNB

I ordered an apple Ipad from FNB, WHITE 32GB wifi cellular, and waited a around 13 working days for it. I finally get the Ipad this morning, and its black, not white. I call FNB and they said they can organise for a swop, but I will have to wait quite a while because they have a shortage in these Ipads because they are in high demad. What rubbish! I get sent the wrong product that I did not want, and get told that I need to wait quite a while to get the right one... This is unacceptable. So now im stuck with a black Ipad that I dont want, but Im forced to accept it because FNB made an error. So Irate! Why order something from FNB and get given what you dont want? Thanks FNB. What irritates me even more is that I called FNB many times and even asked specifically during my last call if it was a white one and the agent confirmed that it was. I wont use this service from FNB again
