On-going none ending payments

I have opened an account at Jet and lately I have been paying for a lot of things I didn't sign up for like funeral covers and life insurances. I went physical to Jet to stop them 'cause I never applied for them but even after that I am still paying constantly but my account bills keep going up, instead of down. I can't keep paying for something I didn't apply for, it's unfair to me as a loyal customer.please help
