I logded a complaint on the 23 of November, all igot was a stupid minor apology i dont want an apology i want compensation of either paying 30% of my account balance or a R500 gift card keep your pathetic apology it wont pay my bills and take away the injustice that was done to me accusing me of because im black and had kids wit me
