STILL WAITING FOR SHOP CARD???

A Few MONTHS ago, i think october/november 2013 i applied instore for an additional card on my account for my wife. I am still waiting. I had to do all the trouble to take off from work in order to do that, i dont know why you cant just give a card instore like edgars. I do not have the time to go all the way to the mall again just because someone is not doing they're job. And please dont phone me with an apology, phone me with a solution.
