Serving poor quality prawns not cleaned

Ordered prawns and steak. Prawns were deep fried. 5 prawns had no flesh in them and one prawn had not been cleaned. The intestinal sack was left in. This can cause serious food poisoning. Complained to manager. No explanation, no apology. Complained to owner, said I was being offensive. No compensation, no apology, threatened to have me removed by security. Comment from owners wife. As compensation give him R5 for the one prawn. Unacceptable!
