Lank gift card

Hi my name is fairouschca williams and i would like to start off by saying that, "when you work for a company make sure you got your facts right you and your branch manager. First of all, i have insurance with HOllard Insurance and every six months i get a gift card for my cash back, this card got lost and in order for me to get it retrieved i needed a blank gift card, can the Females at REDSQUARE rosebank tell me NO I CANT HAVE ONE FOR FREE!!! what nonsense is this if i go to jet, cna any store anybody can just take one its just at your perusal, then i called the call centre and apparently they were suppose to give me one... Now its been a whole day that i have wasted on this and i am utterly DISGUSTED at the way i was treated ASIF I WANT FREEBIES. I WILL TELL EVERYBODY I KNOW TO BOYCOT EDGARS I AM DISGUSTED AT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AND I WONT TOLERATE RUDENESS, i work hard for my money, and nobody has the right to make me feel as if i was begging for something... This is uncaccpetable
