Dischem: Pharmacists who truly do care

I first encountered Laura when she came to my store in October & saw my very red, irritated hand. The affliction she identified immediately and made suggestions for treatment. Even though I hadn't consulted her, she went beyond the call of duty and demonstrated empathy without provision. When I went to Dischem later, Ms Calvino was efficient, friendly and sympathetic. Upon consulting with her manager, Mr. Nicholas Matthews, a treatment was agreed upon. I quickly obtained a prescription from a GP and within a day I could see & feel the difference! The elation I experienced at being relieved from the itching and tissue damage was gargantuan. Had Laura not acted of her own accord to try to help me, I would probably not have come to Dischem. Being in the customer services industry, I cannot explain sufficiently in words how embarrassing it was to have customers gawking at my hand, perplexed at its grotesque appearance.
Thanks to Laura, I no longer have that problem and I can get a decent night's sleep again.
Dischem's slogan "pharmacists who care" is beyond the shadow of a doubt truer today than ever before!
