I have ordered an Asus Fonepad Tablet from Nivo and upon first use I have noticed that the touch screen interface is not responsive at all. Upon informing Nivo, Marina immediately arranged for collection of the defective device. Unfortunately, we have received extremely bad customer service from Asus, and I have asked to rather order another tablet with which Marina & Antonia assisted me. All this happened while Asus was still "investigating" the tablet returned to them. Since the alternate tablet that I have chosen was cheaper than the Asus, Nivo has refunded me for the price difference. It took a long time to resolve the issue, but all because of delays from Asus. Marina & Antonia, thank you so much for making my shopping experience with Nivo a very pleasant one. I will definitely shop with Nivo Interactive Shopping again!
