Ordered some memory and USB drive from Nivo. I initially cancelled my order due to a miscommunication on the delivery date, but that was soon rectified. Nivo even delivered the order at their own cost which was much appreciated. Also had problems with the ordered USB drive that had a cap that didn't want to stay put. Nivo had no issues to collect it and replace it with another USB drive. Fantastic service, quick delivery and overall a highly recommended online shop!
