Amazing Service

I would like to provide feedback on AMAZING service from Alistair at the Cape town headoffice. I had my Fossil glasses stollen and on contacting the Gateway store and the Galleria store no-one could help me trace the same glasses (I even had to inform the gentleman at Galleria how to identify the polaroid glasses from the normal). Gateway went as far as saying headoffice wouldnt send stock until the new year. I contacted the headoffice and Allistair found me the exact same glasses (Nadine) and arranged for them to be sent to the Gateway Branch. He contacted me to let me know they were on there way and again to confirm they had reached the store! Amazing service and I really want Allistair to be complimented on the amazing level of service, he sympathised with me on my loss and was more than willing to help me find the same glasses. Very Happy to have my Glasses so THANK YOU Alistair.
