Still do not have my glasses!

I went in for an eye exam and to get a new presscription for my glasses on the 7th January 2013.

Firstly, I waited for over 45 minutes.

2 weeks later I received a call to say the lab had mixed up the frames and it had to be sent back.

Last week I emailed the branch. I was called to say that my glasses would be delivered to the branch on Wednesday evening. I intended to pick the glasses up on the weekend, but the store was to be closed due to relocation. They then offered to deliver the glasses to my home on Friday - this never happened, nor has there been any follow up communication to date.

The service at this branch has gone from good to bad to pathetic.
Fetching my glasses from them will be the last time I go there!
