Repairs on broken glasses

I had purchased Witchery glasses a while back and they broke which was not of my own doing. I took my glasses to where I had originally bought them on the 9th Oct 2013. Then during that time to date I got numerous excuses from pictures were taken to the suppliers or manufacturers were dealing with the issue. Then when I went to the store physically I was told that they need a receipt before they could carry on with the claim. This is two months later. I had called, wrote emails and physically gone to the store between this period. I'm really disappointed at the service of Stuttafords since I regularly purchase in that store. HIGHLY disappointed as I love their Witchery brand.
