Undeliners - Glasses

I buy everyday 1.25 litres coke with undelininers that states that I can get glasses.
I buy at Super Liquor Wilrogate, and when I went to collect my glasses, they told me that they have no stock as ABI don't supply them with the glasses as advertised.
This is unacceptable as this is false advertising.
