I went to Edgars in the East Rand Mall on Sunday the 8th of December to exchange an item. At the customer service department there was a lot of people. The air-conditioner did not work (again). We couldn't breath, the poor staff working for you had sweat running down their faces! I am sure this is not healthy towards the staff working for you and the poor customers that had to stand and wait for service! This is absolutely ridiculous for this time of the year. Get this problem sorted out its been going on far to long.
