USELESS INCOMPETENT STAFF

I go in to pep to exchange a product i bought, so i just go to the front to say i want to exchange it for another size. So the lady there just looks at me and looks at the goods. so i said ok ill just go get the different size. I go get the different size and comeback to the front, and i just stand there and wait.

Then the lady tells me no i have to go join the que. Now the que is already getting long. I don't have a problem having to wait in the que, why did they not inform me that i need to get in the que to exchange from the beginning when i went to the front just to ask; I am the customer and they should have told me how their exchanges work, and not just stand there and look at me like im stupid.

The fact that they have useless staff that's absolutely incompetent to be able to tell a customer what to do. That is what makes me absolutely angry!!! I am Furious.

What is going on with the service in South Africa, don't you train your staff how to deal with customers!!!
