Over the past few months I have reported bad service that I have received from Edgars stores, particularly Kenilworth and the Cavendish and I have not ever received a call from them. I now go instore every month & check my balance due and I pay it, because they have messed up so many times this year.1st Nov I went to the Kenilworth store and double checked my installment as I do every month & was informed that there was nothing due as I had paid off the account and I can come back again if I purchase anything on the account. I received a very rude call from Edgars on a Sunday saying I haven't paid my October instalment, I explained the situation to the woman and asked why could Edgars in May call me during working hours and send text messages saying I have an amount due but they suddenly can't do that and wait almost 6 weeks later to call me on a Sunday and harass me and my family? I ask why has Edgars been sending text messages in the past 6 weeks to say that I qualify for a higher credit limit if I have an outstanding amount? in 3 weeks they have sent me 10 messages about rewards & my new credit limit but nothing about any oustanding balance? Such incompetence consistantly!!!
