POOR SERVICE AND BAD BEHAVIOUR

A week ago I went into Edgars to exchange two items. SERVICE AS USUAL was very slow. there were 10 people including me in the queue waiting for their turn which as per the usual took forever. eventually when it was my turn the lady that was assisting me reluctantly did what she suppose to do. I spent 45min waiting for her to get the a price because the items went on sale. how is it possible that every time I go to edgars east rand mall especially on a sunday there is only one person... the most 2 people at customer service???

the cashier took my card and did not return when she returned from her little office. a week later I realised that I did not have my card in my possession. why did this woman not call me immediately to notify me???

I tried to call edgars eastrand 011 823 8700 from 13h00 on Saturday 24th August 2013 to confirm what has happened to my card.@ 17h00 I gave up because that phone just rang and rand and was listening to the voice prompted. on sunday 25 august I tried to call again after 2hours I eventually got hold of the manager called Sid, told him my situation and he said 'come in and get a new card. which I did but again stood there for another hour.
