NOBODY PREPARED TO RESOLVE ISSUE

Bottom line - I have paid my account - I have the proof.
It went into the wrong account as I hadn't changed beneficiary details.
I have had the worst time over a 2 day period phoning 5 different johannesburg land line numbers to try find someone to assist me - as well as 0860 numbers.
I have been given total run around - when the first two people said "no problem, just send proof and it will get resolved". I got an email address from a third person after the others said i was only allowed to fax it. I emailed it but yet I still got another sms today saying I haven't paid. The girl today tells me I must make more landline calls as she can't transfer me to anyone to help.
All I want to do is RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. Give someone the proof and not have a bad mark next to my name for no reason and nobody is prepared to assist except make me make more calls - 8 calls - different people all the time - NO RESULTS!!! I should never have upgraded my account and should never have shopped at Edgars. Could someone contact me URGENTLY to resolve this - and get someone in remittance to answer their phones. Unacceptable.
