Edgars has made my life a nightmare!!!

This is the third report i am writing about Edgars. It seems they are just replying to keep a clean name! What i am facing is! I wrote concerning an account i have with them. I paid off the account and have proof of that and 3 different consultants have confirmed that my account has been paid off. I have been receiving endless calls and sms'es telling me i owe them. Eversince i wrote a report about Edgars the treatment i get is awful its as if they trying to make my life a misery. After the first report i wrote which was more than a month ago i was told that the issue would be resolved. After numerous visits to the shop and phone calls nothing has been resolved! My visits to the shop are the worst! Every time i go there i produce a reference number and ask them to contact the dispute department, as i was adviced by a consultant, but my requests fall on deaf ears! Instead i get treated like i am a fool and don't know what i am talking about! If only they would learn to listen! I am fed up of this whole issue! Its really getting to me! My life has been made a misery!
