Excellent service

I was down in kzn for the december holidays and bought stuff from checkers and a product was "off", took it back to the store and received an excellent reception from the assistant manager (rafik), he promptly changed the product for me in a friendly and wonderful manner.
this is good customer service, i look foward to shopping at checkers the next time i am in kzn.
