Last year I lodge a complaint about vouchers issued in the wrong persons name and it was suppose to be fixed but guess what - still not. My father JSTaute, 0200260436407 /A died in March 2012. After his death we contacted you and the vouchers was re-issued in my mothers name who then also had her own card. Guess what now 22 months later we received vouchers again in the name of JS Taute. How is that possible - he died 20 months ago - it should be issued in FA Taute's name - his wife. Can someone please contact me so that we can sort this out for once and for all.
