Closed the store ealy

I found an Iterm I liked at a store near me (chatsworth) but couldn't get the size. A staff member in chats worth looked for the I term around and found it at mega city using the computer. After finishing work at 5 I drove to megacity and made it by 10 mminute to 6 which is the time the store should be closing as per the times at the door. When I got there 10 minute early the store was closed I knocked at the window seeking for attention a d I WS ignored, much later someone came to the window and I asked they call me a store manager and they left but never returned. Much more later a lady came and she said she was a 2ic and the store manager is not around, so she is making a decision not to open the door because they have closed. I'm disappointed because I made a special trip for this.
