Lewis Stores
No delivery

On the 9th october i went to lewis store bethlehem to buy 2 3quarter beds when i got to the store their speed point was out of order i had to go and withdraw the money at an ATM. i paid for delivery as their slogan say same day delivery which is a they dont do that later that day i had to find another transport to go and collect my goods. the store promised to refund me the next day when i got to the shop i was told to come with the reciept. the next day when i get to the store im told that they dont have money to refund me i must wait for someone to come and pay or come the next day. why was my money not putted aside the previous night when they closed the books. the sales person had to refund me from her own pocket as i was furious.
