Worst customer service ever experienced

I visited the Edgars store in Paarl Lady Grey street. And the male cashier that helped me had such a bad attitude apparently because he has to work alone at that specific station. Other customers that wanted to pay for their purchases were chased away by him, and he told them that he refuses to help them. They should go upstairs and pay at the office, but the line upstairs is so long there isn't anymore space for more customers to go stand in the line.

The whole time that I was standing waiting in the line, he complaint about the management, the staff that are on leave and off and how he had to work every sunday for the whole christmas season.

I was on the verge of putting my purchases back on the shelves and go to another store, as I couldn't bare seeing what was happening. I am also in the sales industry, and was realy shocked by the quality of service that this man gave today, not even to say what the reflection and impression he gave of Edgars.

I really hope manangement will do something urgently about this.
