ACCOUNT BLOCKED

I have sent in FICA documents to this branch since November 2012, but everytime I want to purchase on my account, I am told that I need to be FICA'd before the block can be lifted. My account gets FICA'd, the block is lifted within 24 hours, but the next day, lo and behold my account is blocked again. I have been a customer of Edgars for over 16 years and this is how they treat their customers. Their Systems / IT Department cannot even solve this problem. If this carries on, I am definitely closing my account.
