Security wanting to be physical

Trading hours is 8h00 to 20h00 and we arrive there at 19h51. Instead of telling us they close the doors at 19h30 the security was so rude as if he can even be physical with us. Its festive season now. Was it a problem to just tell us politely that they close the door by 19h30 rather that slamming the door on our face and being rude I found this total unacceptable and disrespecfull. Security company is hired by Shoprite not to be physical or rude.
