Ude security guard

Today, after purchasing cloths, we were walking to the door, about 5 meters from the door to exit, someone came from behind me and grabbed my bag out of my hand with force. I just paid for my things and though it was someone trying to rob me. As I turned around, I saw its the security guy (he did not even identify himself), that should have been standing by the door, and wasn't even close to it. He kept on holding my bag, shouting rude words being. I was trying to get the bag from his hands, explaining that the slip is in the bag. He did not want to give me the bag back, until my friend came along and also tried to get the bag from him, (at once he bumped my friend as well. This is unacceptable behavior, and I will be lodging a complaint to the security company and SPIRA.
