I would like to express my disgust and disappointment in your company. I set up my wedding register in September/October of this year as my wedding was in November. About a week before the wedding a few of my guests came to me and said that they could not access the register at the stores as per usual. Four days before the wedding I contacted your helpline and spoke to 3 people. The first lady just told me that there's nothing that can be done from store level or even the head office. I asked to speak to her superior and was transferred. I spoke to another lady who then told me I should have gotten an email telling me about the changes on the website (which I never received). I was then transferred to another lady and she made some arrangement with the managers at the stores. This being 4 days before the wedding day. I sent out an sms to all the guests to tell them to ask for the managers only to find that most people have already bought gifts that was not on the register at all because they could not access the register and the staff in the stores were not helpful at all.
I am so totally disappointed in your service and think that the new changes were not thought through properl
