Rude Shoprite Security guared

Today I was saddened when my mom came in the house angry just because a security guared claimed she had something while paying for the other goods she purchased. The security guared was rude when attending to the matter because he was claiming without any certainties and assurance whether she something or not. My mom is not a kind of a person who steals but gives with a loving heart. The matter was than addressed to the store manager who also made things worse because he was also rude to her not wanting to hear out. After the whole argument, they than saw she was not the person who was thought of something. I would like yourl to take this matter to accout since I rreally do not appreciate such act especially to my mom. As from today I will not go to any shoprite store since the same people who are supposed to be protecting us are humiliating us with false allegations in hand. The store just opened last week if im not sure and we getting people treats??? No man
