Disrespectful & very rude security

I'm very disappointed by the service the securities give at Spar. the security was very rude because i entered at the exit door because Fidelity securities where busy at the entrance door with an ATM & told us to use other entrance. the security was very rude at the entrance calling me a "rubbish" pointing fingers at my face. when i reported the matter to the store manager she said the's nothing she can do. i even reported to their supervisor & he said he will call me. its been 3 weeks now since the incident nothing has been done. I don't think i will go to any Spar if they employ security companies that are unprofessional & very rude!
