I sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 20 November and received no feedback. Again on the 25th November and received no feedback. I sent another email on the 4th December and to date i have received no feedback. All i requested is for a detailed statement from March 2013 on my account and no one can provide me with this.

Please advise why do you have email address on your statements for any queries but no one is busy responding to the emails. You are useless honestly. Please email me my statement as you have my details on record and please don't bother calling to apologise for the non existent service that you guys offer.
