Bad return policy

My sister bought stuff at Mr Price Home in PE and she asked to return it on her behalf in Grahamstown, because she lives in Somerset East and will not be able to return it herself in time. When I got to the store in Grahamstown they started ticking off the stuff that I am returning. One of the items did not have a price on and I said that I did not know if it even had one on in the first place, because it is not my stuff. I am merely returning it on her behalf. They told me that they aren't allowed to take it back, because it is not my account. I told them I do not want to buy anything on the account I am just returning the stuff. They refused to hepl me, they said she must return it herself.
