Foschini
I am digusted and very disappointed

I'm disappointed and disgusted at the manner (such arrogance) I was treated by the supervisor manager FRANCINAH of Foschini VAAL MALL VANDERBIJLPARK.I dont have an account with foachini but I buy there everytime and to be treated with such disrespect is totally unacceptable. I went there twice on 10th October to return the stuff I had bought earlier. I first went in the morning to return a shirt I bought the day before and again went back to return the same shirt I just bought a couple of hours that morning, I was asked why I did not fit the correct size, of which I replied that I did fit my size, I tried to explain to the supervisor (Francinah) that the reason why I am returning the goods for the second time is that I was not able to find the matching pants. I even went as far as apologising to her for returning the goods twice in one day. Francinah went as far as to insult my intelligence in full view of other costumers and her co workers and made jokes with her co workers and she kept on asking the same question over and over again. I even told her that i was gonna report her but that did not seem to end as the insults an d jokes kept coming my way.
