Absolutely pathetic. How can you sell more tickets than what they can accomodate. We bought tickets on the internet and when they scanned ours 2 hours before the show stated at 11.06 am. The venue was already filled to full capacity yet you were still selling tickets at the entrance. My husband wanted to surpise me for my birthday yesterday by taking our family to watch the show. What a disaster there were no tables available all RESERVED and you clearly mentioned that no tabels will be reserved on your web site. Clearly you dont know what you are doing. Then there was no space to put down a single chair on the rest of the venue as it was full already. We were so disappointed that after 20 minutes of trying to find a spot to sit we left without watching the show. IF this is the type of treatment you get after paying upfront and booking on line with Pick and Pay... this is poor service as its best.
My reference no HCWBSW Ticket no's8GVXNX9, 23JJHP, 556FJE AND YPLCC2. This was supposed to be my birthday gift... well after this disaster and in todays economic times... this was the biggest lost!!! You should in future ensure that customers not get nailed like this
