Once again I have to enjoy??? the services of Judy and her persistent unwillingness to help.
I really do not know why she even still works for you.

I had a problem with a jacket I purchased weekend before last, but only first wore it this week, I asked my mother to return it and Judy refused to take it back because its on my account and I have to do it, this is completely and utterly unacceptable. I am willing to accept that for a purchase, but I have taken things back on behalf of my mother and her on my behalf on numerous occasions when it was an account purchase, or even an exchange, for simply logical reasons they do not care. Its a return, aka money going back into the account, no cash leaving the store, or its a direct swap, same product, same price.

Its my jacket, how the else would someone else have it for a return/exchange if I had not given it to them, along with the slip and my card??? Seriously now???

Why oh why does Judy have to be such a royal pain in the rear, what makes her so special? Not like that branches service is that good, but its like she goes out of her way to be difficult and provide the worst possible services.
