Blood and black marks on new bedding

We purchased new bedding from the store mentioned above. When arriving at home and opening the duvet cover we found blood and black marks on the cover. My wife then drove the 20Kms back to the shop to return it. On arrival the rude security told her to stand in the queue to return the cover then after returning the cover fetch a new one and then stand in the queue again. Which is ridiculous!!! On returning the cover there was no sorry for the inconvenience or nothing. If you make a mistake have a manager at least apologise for the stores mistake and teach your security manners!!!
