Poor respond to sensitive matte

On the 13.09.2013, i have wrote an email to JD Group reporting about the account that was opened in Price n Pride, they dint not respond, I wrote to hello peter about how not good their are, they have decided to respond on the 30.09.2013 .They have requested me to send the document that will be need to investigate the case which I have send them. On the 30.09.2013 .The Post Invoice acknowledge my receipt and cc Tshepo Maketekete and Bogani Mnisi that was address by Brenda Tjiane. Since from that time, I never got respond which is now three months and we about to go to fourth month. JD provide poor services, this matter is very sensitive for the big company not being able to attend to it, I have even call the Experian to check if the receive a letter from JD Group, to remove me from Credit bureau which they have not send anything. They offer poor services. This matter is from 2012 to 2013 and we are about to get in 2014 without positive feedback.
