My Edgards account has been over paid and in credit. On Monday 19 August 2013, I went into your store in Blue Route, gave them all the relevant documents and was advise that the money will be paid into my bank account and will take about 24 hours.

Well, a week and a half later I have no money paid into my account, I phone the branch to follow up and they cant find my documents.

For peet sake, my account shows in credit and it is closed. Why do I have to go through this drama again. I am not going back to the bank for a bank statement. The store holds cash, I want to collect my money at the store. You people have no idea about customer service. Very dissapointed.
