Made me wait, just to tell me to wait even more

When we got to q-photo at Parkview because it is a quiet mall and I thought we would be helped quickly. Dominique (an emplyee) told us to wait and that she will help us soon. After waiting half an hour, just to make 3 copies, I asked another employee if we are going to get helped, because all the other people are getting helped by other employees. Then Dominique came to help us. When she finished queing our 3 photos, I asked her how much I have to pay - I repeated the question 3 times and every time she just said you must sign (the quote) - which didn't have any Rand value. After I paid, she said "you can come and collect it in an hour".

I went to CNA at a mall nearby where I literally got my photos as soon as I said "print". I would say good service would be to ask us from the beginning how they can help and to tell us that they won't be able to help us that soon. Just be honest and don't give the client bad attitude!
